What if I do not like it?

You never pay to see it. Design it, look at it, and walk away if it is not right. After you buy, redos are unlimited, and if it still is not them a person fixes it by hand. 60-day return after delivery.

Can I change the names or dates after I pay?

Yes. Names, years and the title are a separate layer, so changing them costs nothing and does not redraw the picture. You can change them right up until you send it to print.

My photo is old or a screenshot. Will it work?

Usually yes. What matters is that we can see their face and eyes. If the photo will not do, we tell you before you pay.

What if one of them has passed?

Mark them in memory. We add a small gold star by their name and their years, and they can share the canvas with the ones still here.

What do you do with my photos?

They are used to draw your portrait and nothing else. We never sell them. Ask us and we delete them.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We print and ship within the United States only, including APO and FPO addresses.
