Refund policy

60-day return

You approve the drawing before it prints. If it is not them, we redo it free until it is.

• Not them? Reply to your order email with what is off and we redraw at no cost, before it prints.
• Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days and we print and ship a new one.
• Changed your mind? Return the canvas within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Because every canvas is made for you, we ask that it comes back in the condition it arrived.
